Cancel at least a day before your appointment — no charge, full flexibility.
- 2Less than 24 hours, more than 1 hour
A 25% cancellation fee applies to cover reserved crew time.
- 3Less than 1 hour before arrival
A 50% cancellation fee applies because the team is already en route.
- 4At the door / no-show
100% of the scheduled service fee is non-refundable.
